PILP-NJCM supports refugee children in a procedure against the closure of the Family Shelter Location in Almelo. Legal proceedings were instigated by lawyer Channa Samkalden (Prakken D’ Oliveria office) and lawyer Corrien Ullersma (Van der Woude de Graaf office).1[Dutch] The legal procedures and the children are supported by the children’s rights organisation Defence for Children International.
