When submitting a case, please keep in mind that the Public Interest Litigation Project solely deals with the protection of human rights in the Netherlands and a case should also have the possibility to address a larger problem. In short, a PILP-case ought to serve the public interest. In addition, be aware of the fact that PILP is a pilot. This means that the upcoming two years only a select amount of cases can be dealt with. PILP is no test trial fund, nor is the project purposed to be a substitute for social legal aid.
